What the health plan consist of ?
The health plans proposed by our clinic appeal to both physical and legal persons.
Created by our medical team with a view to help you keep your state of health in best shape, the plans contain complex medical services, complementary: consultations in different specialties, laboratory tests, medical imaging, hospitalization, sauna, massage, fitness.
We insure you that through the clinical examinations and investigations that will be performed in best technical conditions, the diagnosis will guarantee the most useful therapeutic attitude.

For the legal persons, the health plan contain Occupational Health services too :
- writing and medical file recording, conclusion of the Labor Medicine and employer counseling, spontaneous consultations of Labor Medicine, Labor Medicine consultancy for the Human Resources Services and Labor Protection, the organization and participation on occupational risks evaluations
- employees' state of health monitory, professional reorientation in case of occupational illness, disease correlated to occupation, or post chronic diseases
- counseling concerning work adaptation to psychophysiological characteristics of the employees
- counseling for the substantiation of the security and health strategy at the working
Which are the costs of the health plans ?
The costs differ from one person to another, according to age, pathologic antecedents and clinical state at the conclusion of the plan. According to these facts, the doctors will propose personalized plans, adapted to your needs. Periodic exams will insure that the diagnosis is precocious, with advantages on both parts: simpler and more efficient treatments, regaining the health in a shorter period of time, the state of health improves.
How is a health plan concluded like ?
When you sign the contract, you pay the first part of the payment, the equivalent of the first 3 months of the health plan. From now on, you receive all our services.
The payment will be quarterly or half - yearly, in LEI, at the BNR course at the day you pay.
The Medical subscription is concluded for a period of one year.
The medical services do not have VTA included, so you won't have to pay any other costs. The medical services contracted by the beneficiary in the individual health plan can not be carried forward in the next year and can not be used by someone else.
The contract contains an automatic renewing clause of the health plan, if the contract dissolution does not occur in 15 days before the expiring date. In case you want to modify the medical services in your health plan, please contact the Marketing department.
The sole document required for the contract to be signed through which you become a beneficiary of medical services included in a health plan, is your identity card (I.D., passport).
How does a collaboration develops like ?
At the beginning of the collaboration, each subscriber receives a subscriber's card, which contains :
- subscriber's identification elements
- validity period of the health plan
- the type of the health plan
- the included medical services
The subscriber has the freedom to choose his own General Medicine doctor, who will look after the evolution of your state of health.
"Victor Babes" Clinic's doctors want to serve each patient's needs, offering medical counseling concerning the best choice about the medical plan. This health plan is personalized depending on the state of health and medical history.
upComplex health plans for physical persons and legal persons
All the offered health plans include consultations to the specialist doctor or to the generalist doctor, paraclinical and lab investigations.
The medical specialties available are extremely numerous: Allergology, Infectious and tropical Diseases, Cardiology, Dermatonosis, Diabetes, Nutrition and Metabolic Diseases, Endocrinology, Epidemiology and Immunizations, Gastroenterology, Geriatrics, Neurology, Oncology, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, Pneumology, Rheumatology, Gynecology, Ophtalmology, Orthopaedy, Otorhinolaryngology, Urology.
The patient may request, without indications from the generalist or internist, Orthopaedy, Obstretics - Gynecology, E.N.T., Dermatology, Ophtalmology consultations.
In Legal Persons' case, the services range may be expanded by including complete Occupational health services.
Also, according to the number of employees and the type of chosen health plan, discounts may occur.
All subscriptions can be extended depending on the number of members.
up- Consultations at the General Practitioner when needed, ambulatory;
- 3 consultations at the Specialist Doctor, with recommendation from the General Practitioner, ambulatory;
- 1 stomatological exam / year - dental and periodontal status assessment
- General clinical exam, containing usual tests recommended by the Generalist Doctor (complete blood count, TGP / ALT, urine summary with sediment, cholesterol, blood sugar, creatinine, ESR, TGO/AST, urea, triglyceride, HDL - cholesterol, LDL - cholesterol), ambulatory;
- EKG computerized - annual, ambulatory;
- Abdominal ultrasound - annual, ambulatory;
- X - ray - annual, ambulatory;
- Babes - Papanicolau test (Pap Smear) / Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) - annual, ambulatory;
- The following services will be payed by the subscriber at our current price list : surgery, hospitalisation in medical ward, immunizations, psychology, counseling, medical imaging - CT, MRI
- 10 % discount for other services required
Medical services to be provided once a year. Unused services will not be reported for next year.

- laboratory investigations : tests for autoimmune, tumor markers, fertility tests, molecular biology tests, special tests (FibroTest si FibroMax), histopathology, herpetics viruses, Chlamydia, Mycoplasma
- hospital admission and hospitalization medical ward, surgical interventions
- fitness, rehabilitation, massage, sauna
- The following medical services have no discounts :
- immunization

The pediatric health plans offered by the "Victor Babes" Clinic include the following medical services, according to the child's age :
- Monthly visits to the pediatrician;
- A set of tests per year, as recommended by the specialist : pharyngeal smear, complete blood count, stool culture, blood sugar, creatinine, serum iron, serum total calcium, ionized calcium, TGP, urinalysis, stool cell examination, coproparasitologic examination - 3 samples;
- General Ultrasound;
- Vaccines (maneuver)
- Rickets prophylaxis;
The consultations include a free control consultation;
10 % discount for the other requested investigations.
- Quarterly visit to the pediatrician;
- A set of tests per year, on specialist's recommendation : pharyngeal smear, complete blood count, stool culture, blood sugar, creatinine, serum iron, serum total calcium, ionized calcium, TGP, urinalysis, antistreptolysin O, coproparasitologic examination - 3 samples;
- General Ultrasound;
- Vaccines (maneuver)
- Rickets prophylaxis;
The consultations include a free control consultation;
10 % discount for the other requested investigations.
Bonuses, discounts for physical persons *
Payment in advance for 6 or 12 months leads to granting a bonus consisting in 4 or 8 fitness sessions.
From the second year, the price of health plan decreases with 5 %. Starting with the second year of health plan, the monthly payment diminishes with 5 %, and starting with the third year of health plan, the payment diminishes with 10 % if the health plan remains the same.
Bonuses, discounts for legal persons *
For the legal persons, the health plan contain Occupational Health services too :
